Come si arriva a Poggio Valicaia
The park is reachable from the A1 highway (direction Florence Signa)
by following the indications for Scandicci; after reaching Scandicci,
go to Piazzale Kennedy and take the provincial road toward the hills.
After the "pagoda" (Anastasia club), turn left and follow the signs
for Poggio Valicaia. Parking is available in the spaces indicated
directly after the entrance.

The rules for use of the park are inspired by the priciples of the
Italian Parks Service and ensure respect for living and non-living
elements of the park. Thus it is prohibited to gather mushrooms,
plants, stones, herbs, flowers, forest by-products. Similarly,
hunting and fishing are expressely prohibited. Dogs are prohibited,
even if leashed, and bicycle riding is no permitted. School groups
are advised to make advance reservations. Horses may be admitted to
the park grounds under certain conditions, depending on their size and
relative dimensions of the park.
